Portland's produce row is close in on the east side of the Willamette River. It is a district of warehouses and storage buildings. The homeless often sleep under overpasses in this area. This painting is of sleeping area built out of pallets. There is garbage piled all along the railroad right of way. An orange train lumbers by. $1500
