Billy Ray's neighborhood drive in Northeast Portland on MLK blvd. This place pours really cheap and really large Pabst Blue Ribbon. PBR is terrible beer but we all drink it like water here in Puddletown. It's responsible for some of the worst hangovers I can remember.
